Choice Stay

The staff gave good service during my two-day stay, and the room was spacious with a balcony. I booked at a cheaper rate, but the room seemed to have been poorly maintained, which was disappointing. There was dust on some furniture, and lots of dirty marks in the bathroom. The TV was no good for watching: the picture was fuzzy with static, and the sound was distorted, almost like a robot. I hope things improve in the future.

If you need a room with a good view around Denpasar, you should come here. Our room was perfect and clean, with no problems at all. All the staff were good, especially niluh, pardi, and fadli. Really recommended, five stars!!!

The poor customer service made this the worst experience of our trip in Bali. We checked in at 3pm and found no towels in the room. After asking, we were eventually told they wouldn't be ready until 9pm, then someone woke my mother at 11pm to bring them. There was no soap for washing hands, and someone else's hair was on the floor in several areas. English was VERY LIMITED, despite English being listed as a service. Have a translator app ready, because they seemed to say yes to everything, and using a translator made communication easier for both sides. There was no airport shuttle either, although it said there would be one. We stayed at four or five places and I definitely wouldn't recommend this one.

The staff were helpful and kind, especially Tinofa. We had a wonderful stay. For next time, please make sure the towel set is complete. Thank you.
