The lagoon-style pools are a highlight, with tropical greenery around them that adds to the calm feel. This beachfront resort in peaceful Nusa Dua also has a long stretch of white sand, lovely sunrise views and a quiet setting away from crowded tourist spots. It feels elegant and sophisticated. Rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and private balconies looking over the gardens or ocean. Cleanliness and maintenance were consistently excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of fresh, well-presented international and Indonesian food. Staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Conrad Bali is a good option for couples and families looking for comfort, a serene beach stay and dependable five-star service.

The meals were a real highlight, and the chef deserves credit for how superb they were. From the friendly staff and excellent service to the facilities and atmosphere, Conrad Bali got everything right for me. I left with no complaints at all. Everything was just as I’d hoped, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The pool view from our room was breathtaking, and my husband loved his first stay here. He was just as taken with the Buffett breakfast. SRI served us and was so lovely with us, both in her service and the way she treated us. Thank you, Conrad.

Aprilia was such a charming server, always smiling, friendly, and professional. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful too, and we thought the service was impeccable. We had a lovely stay at the Conrad, enjoyed the excellent food, and will definitely be back.

The beach could use some care. There aren’t many gazebos or daybeds, and the sand wasn’t always clean or raked the way it is at nearby 5-star resorts. With so many Muslim guests, an on-site halal-certified restaurant would also be a welcome addition. Our stay at Conrad Bali was still superb. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well run, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The dining table in our room had deep stains that housekeeping said couldn’t be cleaned, which took away a little from the luxury feel. With a few improvements, it could be flawless. Highly recommended.
