Hilton Bali Resort

Sudar welcomed us each day, always professional, friendly and warm. The whole staff were attentive and helpful, and greeted us with smiles. Yoga kept our room impeccably clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the resort. The pool was relaxing and well maintained, and all the restaurants offered excellent dining. Breakfast was a standout, with an endless selection of delicious food. It’s a long journey for us, but we’d definitely return. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ocean view room we were upgraded to looked over the pool area too. The cliff tower seems the best spot in this huge property: it gives direct access to the pool, gym and beach, and saves you a lot of walking. There’s so much to do on site that you don’t need to go elsewhere. The resort has a nice gym, lots of pools with small slides, pool basketball and volleyball nets, a jacuzzi, pool and ping pong tables, gardens, and activities to join. It’s very kid friendly, with plenty to keep them entertained. Staff and service were outstanding and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. There’s pretty much nothing around, so plan your trip accordingly. We used Grab to go to Uluwatu for $9 and Melasti Beach for $6. Allow extra time because traffic can get heavy. There are 6-7 restaurants to choose from. The included breakfast was one of the biggest selections I’ve seen, with Japanese soup, Indian, Balinese, European and more. I had choice paralysis 😂. If you’re a Diamond member, I highly recommend the executive lounge. I’ve travelled to many nice Hilton properties, and this is by far the best executive lounge, with lots of food and drinks. Great hotel resort if you want to enjoy yourself and relax, even though it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere. Hope this helps! Enjoy.

We’re staying at the Hilton Nusa Dua before our wedding to unwind before the big day, and the service has been exceptional. Shintya and David took wonderful care of us from check-in. We were upgraded to a beautiful room as a celebration treat, and there was a thoughtful welcome message and cake waiting for us ahead of the wedding. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. A big thank you to Shintya and David for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They made the stay really memorable and special.

The spa was a highlight for me. I did the pure indulgence package, which came with a private building of my own, an outdoor shower and bath. The massage was my favorite part. I also had a great time working on my laptop at the two beach cafe/restaurants, with snacks and views. There are spectacular views in all weather, a beautiful campus and a good beach. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The executive lounge was excellent, with a free evening meal and cocktails. For breakfast, I recommend the huge buffet at the Grain.
