Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali by IHG

The pool looking out over the beach was a lovely place to relax, especially around sunset, and direct access to the beach made the holiday feel complete. The resort is very close to the airport and has a great beachfront setting, yet still feels peaceful. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a cozy bed that made it easy to unwind. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional, and check-in went smoothly. The service, facilities and location all made for a really enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Baruna. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing Bali stay.

We spent 10 days at the Holiday Inn, and the staff made us feel cared for from the start. The hotel was spotless, and every person we met went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. You could tell they genuinely cared. There was an incident with the guest next door, and Lorenzo and his team handled it calmly, professionally and with compassion. They put our safety and wellbeing first, even when that meant setting aside possible financial benefit from corporate clients. That integrity meant a lot to us. It felt safe and respectful, and I think it's a great place for families. When I return to Bali, Holiday Inn will be my first choice. The rooms, service and management deserve more than five stars. I hope we can come back soon.

The room was the weak point for me, mainly because it wasn't soundproof. We could hear every little noise, and even earplugs wouldn't help a light sleeper. We changed rooms twice, though the staff tried their best to accommodate us. Housekeeping started cleaning as early as 6am, so there wasn't much rest for us light sleepers. The hospitality was lovely, from security and the front desk to the bellboy, housekeeping and restaurant staff. They were friendly every time they served us and always asked about the food and our stay. There's a buffet breakfast, and with half board or all inclusive you can use the Resort Resturant if you ask the manager. I admire how nice everyone was, almost hard to complain when they're that kind to you. A good place for transit travelers, and the standard room works well for a solo guest. I give the room three stars only because of the noise.

A great spot for a family, with a lovely atmosphere and location. The staff were amazing, and the food was delicious. I loved my stay and would like to visit again.
