As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe, even though my flight delay meant I checked in around 2am. The price was really good for what you get. If I’m being picky, I’d have liked a detachable showerhead and thicker doors. Neighbors talking and moving their luggage in the morning kept waking me up. Still, at this price I could just bring my own earplugs 🙈 Security was very nice and helped with my luggage when I was leaving. I meant to tip him, but my grab arrived and things were happening really fast. Thanks again!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and being able to check in at 2 am was a real plus. The room was clean, though you can tell the hotel has been around for a while and shows some wear. It’s a decent budget place for a short stay. I just wish breakfast had a few more food choices.

For the price, this is good value, especially for a short budget stay. The location is very strategic, with plenty of places nearby, and the staff were friendly. They even let me check in early, which I appreciated. The room was comfortable enough, though only okay overall: not bad, but not great, and it wasn’t spotless.

Mr. Semara at the concierge desk was the highlight for me. He was polite, gentle, friendly, respectful, and so helpful. He represented the hotel really well, and we even got a free early check-in. The location was the main reason I chose this hotel for a short stay: it’s super convenient and strategic compared with other places around, and only about 10mins from the airport. I loved it. Thanks so much, and I hope to come back one day!
