The rooms are good for the price, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and enjoyable. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport, with plenty of food marts and a few restaurants in the area. You can arrange airport pickup and drop-off, and rent motor scooters too. A nice place overall.

The staff were kind and helpful, and offered us another place to stay that was much nicer. We didn’t stay in this room because it was so dark and dirty. The supposedly fresh towels and bedsheets had several hairs and stains, and the room and its contents were generally pretty dirty.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed used to guests checking out early. We left after one night of a three-night booking through a third-party app. Another customer was also asking to leave early and get a refund. The room was humid and smelled like an abandoned old house. The bathroom smelled terrible and the toilet didn’t work, though they managed to fix it later that night. The bathroom fixtures were grimy and rusty, and the sheets had stains and holes. The walls were disgusting, and there were bugs. One of the worst, most hideous places to stay.

The pool and grounds are pretty, and inside there’s more than the plain front you drive up to might suggest. The location isn’t especially good, but there’s a market nearby and a really good coffee shop, beyonda coffee, three minutes away on foot. I don’t know of any free breakfast. The room had AC, but I couldn’t find its remote and it got pretty cold. The blanket was good, so I slept fine. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. A little after midnight, a very apologetic young Indonesian boy walked in on me. I guess the night staff didn’t know the room was occupied.
