The photos made the hotel look nice, but arriving was a terrible experience. We booked a double bed and got twin beds instead. They said they’d upgrade us, but there was no upgrade. The bathroom had no hot water and was covered in mould. A roof leak left the floor and toilet dirty, and the sheets and curtains were stained. When we asked for compensation, they said they’d pay for breakfast but never did. We paid for a very poor breakfast instead. There are plenty of better choices nearby. Please avoid this unpleasant stay.

The location is great, the airport transfer was free, and we got a very warm welcome. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

The included airport transfer went smoothly, and the hotel is just five minutes from the airport. Our rooms were next to each other, which was convenient. The pool has plenty of trees around it, so there’s shade through the day if you want it. Thanks to the kind, helpful staff. It was a perfect place for our first stay in Bali.

The room was clean and tidy, and the food was okay. This is a transit hotel, so don’t expect luxury. It’s near the airport, though the traffic around there is brutal.

The staff were nice, but that couldn’t make up for how disappointing the stay was. The room smelled unbearable, the rooms were poorly maintained, the service was bad, and the whole place felt neglected. I’d never recommend this hotel.
