The staff are what make The Mulia stand out, with friendliness and hospitality that felt like six-star service. Angga the supervisor and Andre our butler were exceptional. Agus and Angga looked after us on both trips, and smiling Suriya, Ardi, Pery, and Putri made our afternoon teas indulgent. Thanks too to Fast Edy at Table 8 and Winnarta at Edogin restaurants. Our Earl Ocean view suite was immaculate and spacious, with a large bath and a balcony jacuzzi for two overlooking the Indian Ocean. The pools, with their Grecian-inspired statues, were sensational. A fantastic venue and the most amazing, rejuvenating hospitality.

We only spent two nights at the Mulia with my girlfriend, but the staff made us feel like VIPs. We left feeling pampered and welcome, and the service is the most luxurious we've experienced at a hotel in Indonesia. Our family had suggested another hotel for better facilities, but we can't comment on other hotels in Bali. If service matters most in your accommodation, I wouldn't look beyond Mulia. It'll be our first choice next time we're in Bali. We had to leave in the early hours, so we couldn't use the breakfast buffet included in our package. The staff kindly arranged an alternative and delivered hot Indonesian fried rice and porridge to our room at 4:30am. They also made sure food we'd ordered for delivery reached our room. The driver had taken it to the wrong building and wouldn't bring it to our lobby, so the staff got it to our building themselves in the dark and pouring rain. At afternoon tea, they were wonderfully attentive, promptly handling every order. It was busy on both occasions we went, but we still felt very well looked after.

Wijaya, the manager ('butler') who looked after our family, impressed us by remembering everyone's names and faces. When we celebrated a family member's birthday, he and the hotel team arranged such a warm celebration that it really touched us. Our family of nine spent five nights in the Ocean Suite at The Mulia. It was a comfortable, relaxing spot for a family gathering, and the facilities were spotless and maintained to a very high standard. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The meals and afternoon tea were a big part of what made our stay at The Mulia Hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali so memorable. Sunday Brunch at Soleil was among the best in Bali, and The Cafe buffet was outstanding for its range and dedicated dessert room, including the rotating gelato "wheel". High Tea at The Lounge was magnificent, with a tempting display to enjoy. We also had a delicious Korean BBQ dinner at The Living Room and left very satisfied. Our suite was spacious, with a private balcony and Jacuzzi, lovely attention to detail, and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool to come back to after the day's humidity. The facilities were beautiful, with several pool areas to choose from. The iconic Oasis Pool, with its tall Balinese statues, was a lovely place to relax, enjoy the sun, and look out toward the beach. The staff were the real standout, I think. The 24-hour Butler Service was seamless, with genuine warmth and professionalism, and they often anticipated what we needed. A heartfelt thank you to Dayu at The Lounge, Nyoman at The Living Room, and Edy and Gilbert, whose warmth and careful attention made us feel like royalty. Special thanks as well to Boby, Kenny, and all the others whose names we didn't catch but whose kindness we won't forget. Every interaction came with a genuine smile and outstanding service. We left feeling refreshed, our stay felt like pure magic, and we're already planning to return.
