The staff really made our stay at Hotel Neo Denpasar feel welcoming. We were greeted warmly and helpfully at reception, and everyone we met was professional and friendly. Hotel Neo management should be proud of the team. My partner and I are Aussies and stayed for two nights because it's a five-minute walk to Bali 911 Dental Clinic, where we get our annual dental work. That made the location perfect for us. Breakfast had a lovely setting by the pool, and the omelette and scrambled eggs Suarmini prepared were delicious. She was cheerful, friendly and a terrific cook. After that first breakfast we looked forward to the next day, and she greeted us again with her happy smile and scrumptious eggs. Aninia waited on us at breakfast too, was super friendly and looked after us really well. Good staff can make a hotel stay, and they certainly did here.

Ayu made everything easy and comfortable for us. She even let us leave our luggage there for a few days while we went on a short trip. The room was quiet and clean, and I'd definitely come back.

The location is fairly central, within an hour's drive of Kuta and Sanur beach. Staff are friendly and willing to handle reasonable requests. The rooms have sufficient amenities, and room service is acceptable.

For a short stay, NEO Denpasar is a good value, practical option. It's easy to get to and the location is acceptable. The room was clean and in decent condition, and breakfast was adequate. At a fair price, it offers suitable value for anyone after a simple, no-frills place.
