Nyanyi Sanctuary Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality

We left within two hours of checking in because the conditions were appalling, but the manager would not give us a refund. The property looked nothing like the booking-site photos, which felt misleading. Inside, there were lizards and insects in the room, and we didn’t feel it was safe or hygienic to sleep there. The place was badly run down, with switchboards hanging off the walls, visible termite damage, and poor maintenance throughout. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. If you want somewhere clean and safe in Bali, I’d avoid it. Kuta has better maintained hotels that deliver what they promise.

We decided to move to a villa down the road instead of spending even one of our five booked nights here, and we weren’t able to get a refund. On our five-week trip around Asia, this was the worst of the eight places we stayed for cleanliness and condition. The photos were very deceiving.

The location was good, and I was happy with my stay. The staff were really friendly and looked after us very well. Thanks!

Marta was especially helpful, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The villa is lovely and peaceful, and the poolside gazebo was a great spot to relax in the sunshine. A really nice place to unwind and recharge. I’d love to return.
