Puri Hiromi

The location made it easy to get to everything we needed, and the staff were lovely. Our apartment was modern and roomy, and management handled our upgrade to a private pool without any fuss. Renovation noise from next door went on past midnight once, but management stepped in and it didn't happen again. A great stay.

Loved the place, and the staff were great. I treated myself to an upgrade and will be back. The bar across the road had live music on weekends, which could be a problem. I'd ask for a room at the back or upstairs, or bring earplugs.

I came back for a last-minute night after a lovely stay the week before. That first visit, my friend and I had a downstairs room with its own pool, which was a delight. This time I booked an upstairs one-bedroom directly, and it was divine too. The property is incredibly well priced, and I couldn't fault the staff or attention to detail. Two friends were flying back to Australia late, so I asked if they could leave their bags at reception and come up for showers before heading to the airport. It was no problem, and the staff even brought three welcome juices instead of just one. Such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is served in your room, is good value, and is usually included in the rate. It's also very central and close to the beach. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Breakfast in the room each morning was a lovely touch, and it was excellent by Bali standards. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, thanks in large part to the helpful, friendly staff who were always smiling and went out of their way to assist. We loved everything about Puri Hiromi Boutique Residence. It's modern, beautifully clean, and comfortable, with truly top-notch service. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
