Good location and affordable, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized room. The Wi-Fi was slow, and on several occasions there was no hot water, or it took a while to heat up. Breakfast was average and didn’t vary much day to day.

We accidentally booked the wrong date, exactly a month later, while standing at the front desk. Reception said they’d cancel that booking so we could book again, but they didn’t. It’s still live for 22nd-25th March if anyone wants it. Rain turns the entry and paths inside the property into muddy water because there’s no drainage, so it’s impossible to avoid wading through it in several spots. The polished tiles on the stairs and inner corridors are extremely slippery and a major hazard. The whole place needs updating. We left for another hotel after three days, and that was the best decision of the holiday.

We stayed one night and went through three different rooms. They were all old, dusty, and dirty, and the air conditioning and showers didn’t work properly. The breakfast wasn’t delicious either. The stay was unpleasant and not worth it. We won’t come back.

Breakfast was great, thanks to Kasih. The hotel could use some updating, maybe new towels and sheets. Still, for the price it’s very good and feels in keeping with the spirit of Bali.
