The online photos were very deceiving, and the hotel needs renovation and proper upkeep. I booked Lerina Hotel because it was listed as four stars, but my family suite was extremely old and poorly maintained. Mold was visible in the dark bathroom, the room smelled unpleasant, the sheets were stained, and even the balcony looked neglected. At around $100 a night, the condition was shocking. From what I saw, I wouldn’t have valued it above $15-20. Calling it two stars would be generous; it felt closer to one. If the family suite is the standard, I can only imagine the regular rooms are worse. I wouldn’t return or recommend the place.

I was in the area for a friend’s wedding, and this was a practical, affordable choice for a short stay. The room felt a little cramped, but it suited me and had what I needed to rest comfortably. A simple, clean place to stay for events nearby.

We’re here to visit our parents' cemetery and would come back when we visit Bali. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help, and check-in was fast. Breakfast has a nice range, great flavor, and good coffee. The room looks like the pictures and is nice, though it could use mild refurbishment. A pleasant stay.

I had a good four-night stay at Lerina Hotel. The place isn’t new, but at $40 AUD a night I’m not complaining. The service and breakfast are the main reasons I gave it five stars.

The room was small and dimly lit, and the service was okay. For vegetarians, only fruit was available. In my view, there are better options in Nusa dua.
