The staff were friendly and did what they could to help, but I couldn't stay because of the smell. I checked several clean rooms in Tower 1, and they all had the same very strong musty odor. The staff confirmed it was the same throughout. I reluctantly paid a cancellation fee and moved to another hotel. For a hotel of this caliber, that smell was unacceptable.

The spa treatment I had really helped me, so I’d definitely recommend trying one. The gym is small but has what you need for a decent workout, and there’s also an outdoor pool. My room was well appointed, everything was kept clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. It was quiet, with good facilities and top-notch service. A lovely place to stay.

The biggest problem for me was the massage. I booked a 60-minute aromatherapy session and agreed to remove my underwear after the therapist said it could touch it, while trying to keep my towel on. But the therapist kept touching near my genitals and exposing them quite a lot. That didn't feel normal. The back and leg massage was okay, though not top-class, and this is why I rated the service one star. I was staying in a smoke-free studio in Tower 2. It was an okay room, though the air conditioner seemed a bit old, and I wasn't sure it met the standard of a four-star hotel. I liked that the spa, gym, laundry and public bath were mostly open 24 hours. Breakfast was nice, but the selection seemed limited and toasting bread, including croissants, was difficult. Cikarang is a fairly strategic location, so I gave that four stars.

The reception team gave me a warm welcome and explained the HOTEL'S facilities clearly. Their English was good, and I was very impressed.
