The Watergarden Hotel

The wildlife and water around the grounds were amazing. Frogs were everywhere outside, especially after rain, and koi swam in the ponds beside the little “rivers” that run through the property. We could even spot monkeys in the treetops in the distance. The stand-alone rooms feel tucked away in the jungle, like your own little private spot. They’re well built, with lovely bathrooms and big, beautiful beds. The pool was great, and having a dive shop attached, though not affiliated, was a nice bonus. The staff were amazing, and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Good value too.

We loved sitting outside our room in all that lush greenery. The privacy is wonderful, with your own water pond, and the room was amazing, clean, and had a good shower. Food at the restaurant was very good too, especially the steaks, which I’d highly recommend. Five stars from us 👍🏻

The beautiful garden around the rooms makes them a lovely place to stay. Watergarden is a great hotel, and the friendly manager Sudi and the rest of the staff get top marks from me. Plenty of reason to come back.

I had a fantastic time here. The staff were courteous and so helpful, and the restaurant steaks were the best I’ve ever tasted. Definitely try them 😊 Watergarden feels like a peaceful, private escape from Bali’s chaos, especially in the bungalows. There’s a full range of diving training and open water boat trips right on site. I couldn’t resist learning to dive while I was there, and I wasn’t disappointed.
