Hotel WG Jimbaran

This hotel seems abandoned. No one is maintaining the building or anything inside it. Don't book here, I've warned you all. Hope this helps.

We booked a room for our driver so he could rest, but there wasn't a single person there. No receptionist, no guests. The receptionist had left a message telling him to check himself in. There was no running water either, just two gallons of refill water they'd prepared for him. The electricity token had run out, so he was alone in the dark in what felt like an abandoned building. We complained and asked the hotel or Traveloka for reimbursement, but nobody seemed willing to sort it out. Don't book here, it was a scam.

The hotel was completely abandoned, filthy, and disgusting. The pictures are from 7 years ago, and since then there seems to have been no cleaning or maintenance. A scam. Do not book.

I was meant to stay five days, but I left after the first night and couldn't get a refund. There was no water at the sink or shower, and the shower head was broken, so staff had to carry water into the restroom. The doors wouldn't lock, and the cr was dirty. A complete waste of money.
