Ubud Market and the Monkey Forest are both about 10 minutes away. The drive from Denpasar to the hotel takes about 60 min, while the journey from Bali International Airport to the hotel takes approximately 90 minutes. All rooms open onto a large infinity-edge swimming pool set in a lush tropical garden which offers great view of a forested ravine and a river. All the rooms have all the comforts expected of a hotel in its class. Guests can participate in activities such as jogging and cycling around the village. Breakfast is offered. The management even came out to greet us, which made us feel valued. That kind of sincere hospitality is hard to find. My family and I had an unforgettable stay at The Viceroy in Ubud, Bali. We had three rooms for our large group, and the staff kindly upgraded us to some of the best rooms available. The food was truly five-star quality, the service impeccable, and the whole atmosphere just right. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. I can confidently say The Viceroy is a gem in Bali, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

Our room was incredible, spacious, with a private pool and amazing view, plus a Bale where we could enjoy the afternoon or evening. The hotel can take you into town by shuttle, or you can arrange a car there and back. The location, restaurant, and room will stay with us, as will the hotel's beauty and the staff's friendliness and service. They always went out of their way to give us the experience we wanted. We met quite a few staff members who'd been there since around the opening. That says a lot about the place and its management. We'll certainly stay there next time we're in Ubud. And thanks again to Patrick for the wonderful welcome surprise!

The valley views are breathtaking at sunrise and sunset, and each villa feels wonderfully secluded and private. The restaurant and facilities have an impressive level of quality and detail. Viceroy Bali made for an unforgettable stay. From arrival on, I felt looked after by warm, thoughtful, attentive staff who made it personal throughout. A refined, intimate escape in Ubud, with luxury and heartfelt hospitality together.

It's one of Ubud's most private and luxurious stays. The peaceful atmosphere comes in part from guests respecting each other's privacy. The food, the staff's warmth, and the in-room controls all exceeded what I've experienced at many five-star resorts. They can even preheat the pool if you ask, and the two shuttle services into central Ubud are very convenient. This was my second visit, and I'm sure it won't be my last. I highly recommend it to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a truly serene luxury stay in Ubud.

We left already talking about when we could return. The villa was stunning, beautifully designed, private, and so comfortable we just wanted to stay in and enjoy it. The whole place feels luxurious without trying too hard. What made it special was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It never felt scripted, just real hospitality from people who care about making your stay perfect. Viceroy Bali was one of my most memorable stays.
