Villa Sahaja

A lovely villa with a huge living area that opens onto a beautiful garden and an amazing pool.

The villa was lovely, and we had no problems with anything inside. We booked through booking.com and the staff were VERY kind. They cleaned every day, changed the sheets every 2-3 days, and helped whenever we messaged or asked. With 24-hour security, we felt safe. The bathrooms and everything outside the bedrooms are open to the elements, so you do shower with critters. I actually thought that was kind of cool, since I came to Bali to connect with nature. There was VERY loud construction close to the master bedroom. It woke us at 8am, and the workers shouted and screamed, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep after a late night out. We were away during the day most of the time, so we made do, but it was rough when we'd gone out the night before. The owner DID warn us about the construction, so I can't say we weren't told or call it false advertising or negligence. I just hadn't expected it to be THAT bad. I took two stars off for the location because of the noise. Thank you, villa sahaja! I'd come back when it's a little quieter ;)

Really comfortable and beautiful, with a location that made getting around easy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for an apartment or hotel in umalas.

The villa's open layout, especially the bathrooms, surprised us at first, but it gives the place a beautiful, unique feel. Sisia and her team welcomed us warmly, made a lovely breakfast every morning, and kept the villa clean. We had complete privacy, and the friendly security guard helped us feel safe. It's a quiet spot in Umalas, away from the traffic and bustle, with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance or a cheap taxi ride to Seminyak. Thank you!
