It's a very decent place to stay when visiting Danau Toba. The hotel is in quiet countryside, just a short distance from the well-known Lake Toba, and about 45 minutes from Silangit Airport. My room was nice, but room service seemed busy. Even though I'd made a special request, it hadn't been cleaned by 2 pm. That only happened once during my four-day stay, and things were fine the rest of the time. It was great having a nearby restaurant for meals and breakfast at very reasonable prices. For my Muslim fellow travelers, the food served there is halal, as far as I know.

The hotel looks quite new, and the staff were kind and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom, and it had everything needed these days. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. If you go to bed early, the loud karaoke nearby could be a problem. It gets quiet around eleven or twelve. A nice hotel to stay in Balige, Lake Toba.

I stayed one night on a work trip. The room was clean and comfortable, but breakfast wasn't ready at the stated 7:00 AM start. We had to leave early and missed it. They offered breakfast at 7:45, which was too late for us. Please get the timing better organized.
