Lake Toba is right in front of the hotel, so the view is part of the experience. My room had a fan instead of air conditioning, but the cool climate made that fine. Service was satisfactory, and there's a cafe where you can relax or get some work done. The scenery is beautiful. The one snag was that the hot water sometimes didn't work properly in the morning.

The cafe has a nice atmosphere and good food, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at Lagos. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and lots of storage, and the bathroom was large and had amenities. A comfortable sofa would be a nice addition. Thanks, Lagos, for the hospitality 🙏

The receptionist was kind, and service was very good. Not every room has air conditioning, though. An air-conditioned room costs IDR 425,000 per night. The room TV is a Smart TV, so you can watch YouTube. Really nice.

I had a room at the front, which made things a little crowded, but getting in and out was easy. The hotel was quite clean, and the restaurant had a varied menu with tasty food.

I really like the feel of this hotel. It's close to Lake Toba, and you can also see the swamp and rice fields. The service is amazing too.
