The staff had a bad attitude, and the service was very poor!

The receptionist seemed confused when guests arrived, and the water smells like iron. During breaks, be ready for knocks on the door asking for extra money. The service is appalling.

The room is nice, the key is great, and the hot water is okay. The water itself could use improvement, though, since it has a bit of a smell.

The room, service, and location were all good. The water was the one problem, it smelled really bad.

The location is convenient, but the water still has a slight smell. I've stayed here three times before, and it hasn't improved. On my fourth stay, the TV also wasn't working properly, and the AC barely felt cool despite being set to 16 degrees. I hope these notes help improve the room facilities. Thank you.
