Bukit Somber Residence Syariah by OYO Rooms

I don't recommend staying here. The room had AC and a TV, but the TV didn't work. The bathroom and water were poor, and everything was yellow and dirty. There were cobwebs, and no trash bin in the room. If you book through Agoda or another app, check the price first. The app price may not match what they charge, and when you arrive they might ask for another 40,000 to 80,000 IDR, even if you got a promo. The price in the app needs fixing, because it's frustrating to be asked for extra money at check-in that wasn't in the booking. Think twice about staying here, unless you're exhausted and have nowhere else to go.

Check the price before paying so you don't regret it like I did. I paid for 2 MLMs, but checked out the next afternoon because they asked for another 40 thousand. Better to find a place downtown, since that makes it easier to get around on vacation. This location is too far from the city.

The price on the app didn't match, and OYO is a scam. I sent the receipt to customer service to get a refund, but they never refunded me. Don't stay here or use the OYO app.
