My main suggestion is to make maintenance more consistent and respond to service requests faster, which would make living here more comfortable. Madison Park E8 is in a convenient part of West Jakarta, close to Central Park Mall, shopping, and other public facilities. The facilities are fairly standard for everyday residential needs, but some people may find the units compact.
I've made good memories here, and it feels like home to me. Central Park is about a five minute walk away. A recommended place to stay or rent, with moments I won't forget.
Comfortable and pleasant, though it gets a bit noisy because the mosque is just behind my room. 😒

Management is very bad. It's a hassle for residents that everything must be done in person, even though there's an online application. All documents have to be printed, and there's no solution for residents who can't make it during customer service hours.
