The staff were helpful, and I had no problems with the hotel's service. The loud music across the building was the trouble. It seems to be 0karaoke, and it can go on at extremely high volume until very late, even on weekdays, which made it hard for us to rest comfortably. I understand management has taken some action, but the noise continues. Improving the building's soundproofing might be the only lasting way to keep outside noise from disturbing guests. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays.

Compared with hotels at the same level, this is the best one I've experienced. The room was excellent, especially for a smoker, and I liked the food too. There were lots of options, and it tasted good to me. It made me want to try D'Prima hotel in another city. Excellent, that's all 👍👍👍

The sea view from my room at sunrise was breathtaking, and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is still new, with a beautiful design.
