The food was a real highlight, with tasty, well-prepared meals that I enjoyed throughout my stay. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the elegant facilities were well maintained without feeling crowded. Everything from arrival to departure felt calm and organized. Check-in was easy and welcoming, and the staff stayed professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It’s refined comfort without feeling stiff. I’d gladly come back, and highly recommend it for a relaxing leisure stay.

This was my second stay at the Grand Jatra Hotel, and it was a pleasant one. The breakfast had plenty of variety, and the desserts were delicious. My room was very clean, the amenities were complete, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff in the front office, restaurant, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth, easy, and fast. Very good, highly recommended. I definitely want to come back. Keep it up and good luck 🙏🏻

The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the nicely varied breakfast. Dinner service was the letdown: we waited 40 minutes for our food. There are plenty of restaurant options in the mall next door, though. I had a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying here, and they haven’t disappointed me. The room was great, there were lots of food choices, and the staff and other employees were top notch, humble, and very helpful. I love staying here and will definitely visit again. One suggestion for the future: it would be better to have a green vision. You don’t need to change our towels every day, and there’s no need to leave the key in the room before we arrive.

The live music from the ground area made it noisy at night, but the staff were very friendly and the food selection was good. I stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Thanks to Mr Rivai from Housekeeping for suggesting places to visit and advising me on safe travel.
