The AC gets quite cold, and although I got a fourth-floor room through Oyo, the Wi-Fi was pretty fast. Booking through Oyo also comes with lots of discounts. The place is down an alley, and there's no guest-house name displayed, so you'll have to ask around. The water sometimes stops. If you'd rather stay on the second floor, you can book directly at reception without Oyo.

It can be tricky to get there since it's tucked in an alley. The road is narrow, which makes it difficult for people arriving by car, and visiting hours end at 23:00.

We booked one night through Agoda. When we arrived, he said he no longer worked with Agoda and that we'd have to pay extra for a room. Stay away from this place.
