The staff were friendly and provided good service, which made the stay enjoyable. The value for money was great too. Room cleaning was the letdown, though, and the housekeeping wasn’t up to expectations. I hope they improve the room cleanliness.

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, and the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. The room was cozy and fairly spacious, with a strategic location in Balikpapan. I’d recommend staying here for travel or business.

The warm hospitality made the stay enjoyable, but the housekeeping didn’t meet expectations. I hope they do a better job keeping the rooms clean.

The food was the best part for me, really delicious 😋. It was my first stay, and I found the room very spacious. Service was satisfactory too, and quick 💨.

I spent 17 days here, and the food stayed consistently tasty with plenty of variety the whole time. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and that really stood out. The service deserves five stars, the food six! I had a great stay, though I wish the AC were cooler. Thank you.
