The service was good.

His mother said they no longer work with anyone, even though the “oyo” sign is still clearly there. People who book through the app end up losing their money. The situation is confusing and unclear. If it can be reported, someone should do so, so there won’t be any more victims.

If zero stars were possible, I’d give that. They say they no longer work with OYO, but the sign is still right out front. Staying overnight also means paying extra, WOW😂. I saw other people being deceived by this woman too. The building itself is good, but what’s the point of a large building with no receptionist? We were told to call an unregistered number to get a refund. Is this healthy? Check the reviews before staying here so you don’t get ripped off like we did. Hope your money is blessed and you don’t get scammed again.

The room was cramped, the sheets stained, and there wasn’t even a trash can. It’s beside a cemetery, and the mother was rude. I paid by transfer in the app, but as other reviews say, every guest who arrives is DEFINITELY asked for extra cash 😅😅. I was tired, so I didn’t cancel, and the refund process is complicated anyway. I’ll never come back. There are cheaper, cleaner, roomier places in town that are better value. Don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself.
