The toilet smelled awful. We paid 207, but they rounded it straight up to 210, even though there's no such rounding. I work in sales for RedDoorz, so I know that. When the guard was a young woman, I paid 164 and there was an extra "more". Please don't skim a little at a time, it can add up to a hill, and "it takes a long time".

The cleanliness and comfort were good, but the receptionist's attitude was a mess, with no warmth and honestly rather rude. When I first arrived to check in, she abruptly asked, "have you paid?" In the morning I went to reception to buy toothpaste, but no one was there. I rang the bell and found out she was on the 2nd floor, then she shouted down, "what?" I couldn't believe it, hahaha. Someone like that shouldn't be employed. Give the job to a person who actually wants to work. I'm surprised I haven't seen other reviews mentioning the hospitality.

It's easy to get to from the airport, and the prices are affordable. There are also cheap food stalls nearby. The place is clean, but the facilities are just so-so. No hot water or mineral water, and no basic toiletries like soap, a toothbrush, or toothpaste.
