The pool is child-friendly, and the rooms are spacious and nicely arranged. You can pick the type of room you want. The place is quiet and beautiful, though the mosquitoes are annoying. That felt like a small price to pay for the good experience. It’s inside Bukit Damai Indah Housing Complex, so if you’re new, ask around to avoid getting lost. The receptionist could be friendlier, but Laras Widya was especially welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. I had a nice staycation.

The area works well for a family vacation, and it was quiet and peaceful, good for resting. I also had a bathtub. A few things were inconvenient: it’s far from the main street, I couldn’t tell which soap and shampoo were in the bathroom, and the phone didn’t work, even when I tried calling reception.

This townhouse has a different feel from a regular hotel or guest house because it sits inside a residential area. That ambience is actually quite nice if you want somewhere a little different, and it’s not too far from Balikpapan Airport. The rooms seem to need some touch-ups after being closed for so long during the pandemic. Since the new management took over, the staff’s behavior, hospitality, and response times all need a lot of improvement to satisfy customers. Breakfast isn’t included, and room service needs work too.

There are function rooms here, so it could work for office or school events. The pool is surrounded by trees, and kids sometimes have birthday parties there. The place is right next to the swimming pool. The rooms are okay, but not the cleanest.
