The outside didn't look very promising, but don't judge it by appearances. The room was nice, the food was good, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. My only issue was how dark the alley gets. I wasn't comfortable with that, though some people may be fine with it.

The price was okay, but the room needs some upkeep. The AC wasn't very cold, there were two holes in the ceiling, and I found two hairs on the bed. I suspect they came from the housekeeping staff. There were also ants by the sink. I could put up with it for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The food was delicious, and I was satisfied with the service during our tax seminar, which ran from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's easy to find the hotel, both on Google Maps and in person. There's also a prayer room on the first floor. What else is there to review?

Loved it! The bed was cozy, even better than the one at another well-known hotel I've stayed at in Balikpapan. I was here for business but felt like I was on holiday. The price is really affordable, too. It's in a handy, easy-to-find area, the staff respond quickly, and the room was clean, with good facilities and all the amenities. The food was decent, and I found at least six power outlets in my room. Nice job, guys.

A nice budget hotel in a convenient spot, close to a mall, lots of places to eat, and an ATM center. The fitness center was nice too, but it's next to a club, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially as women.
