I’ve stayed here many times, including twice during Covid. The hotel does everything it can to make guests feel welcome and safe. It’s a great business hotel in Surabaya, with excellent service from friendly staff.

The views across Surabaya are magnificent, and the rooms and beds are really comfortable. Breakfast and room service are both very good, and the pool area is nicely done. The staff are friendly and helpful. For fair prices, this is easily one of the best hotels in Surabaya.

I got good service throughout my stay. On my last day, 25th Aug, the duty manager helped me with a result slip the airport would accept. She contacted the hospital and emailed what the authorities wanted within just a few minutes. She really went the extra mile.

One suggestion about breakfast: around 8.00-10.00 am, direct sunlight hits customers eating outside, and it gets really hot and uncomfortable. You could add some trees.
