I arrived close to midnight with a group of kids, only to be told the place was full, even though I'd paid for all five rooms I booked. They put us in a pavilion in another area, and the conditions there weren't suitable. It seems the rooms are listed for sale. RedDoorz should be more careful about which hotels it partners with.

Booked a room that afternoon, then got there and found out there wasn't one available. A waste of money. Don't stay here.

We came all the way from Kalimantan, with a booking made well in advance and paid successfully. But at check-in they said the place was full, even though I had the booking code. Don't stay here.
