The bed was comfy, the room clean enough, and the AC worked. The showers got warm but not really hot, and the lobby had lots of mosquitos. It seems dated now and could use a revamp, especially considering it was once labelled the swankiest hotel in Banda Aceh.

The staff take a long time to reach a decision, and check-in and check-out are complicated. It’s hard to get an invoice, even though customers have the right to one, so this isn’t a good place for corporate stays.
