The room was the worst part. It looked so poorly cleaned that I put my blanket over the mattress, and I was too exhausted to ask to move. Check-in was just the bare minimum, not awful but not welcoming. Fadli blamed Agoda for my breakfast not being included, even though I'd booked a room with breakfast there, and Agoda blamed the hotel. Staff need to handle that kind of mix-up better. Arriving by car was unsettling: no security or parking staff, nobody to guide me, and it seemed like a car could be stolen without anyone noticing. The basement was filthy, with trash everywhere, a bad smell, and confusing directions. After staying in some very shady places, I still found this my worst experience. It doesn't deserve three stars, maybe two or even one. Don't book here, the 88 hotel next door would be a better choice.

The location is really convenient, though the area gets very crowded during busy hours. The staff were fairly friendly, and I loved the breakfast. There was a decent range, including toast you can make yourself, porridge, fruit salad, cereal, and buffet rice. The facilities felt just so-so for a four-star hotel.

The lobby inside really has the feel of a four-star hotel, even though the outside is a dark, cold-looking building with hardly any attention to aesthetics. We came on a weekend getaway promo for 500k, and it was a nice experience. The room was clean, the bathroom amenities were fine, and all the plumbing worked well. We did wait about 10 minutes for the air conditioning to start working. Generally, it's a hotel I'd consider visiting again.

Getting a GrabCar or GoCar from the hotel after 9 PM was really difficult for some reason. The room seemed old, and both the sofa and bedsheet were dirty. The sheet had a mark like it hadn't been cleaned properly, and my body felt itchy after sleeping in the bed.
