The old manager was friendly, and I liked the place for 165k. I could check in whenever, even though lots of rooms had issues, like TVs that wouldn't turn on. The AC was a problem too, but I could put up with it because the place was comfortable. Since Oyo changed managers, though, I've been really annoyed. The new person isn't friendly. Before, it was 165k with checkout at 9, though people usually left at 12. Now it's still 165k if you leave at 9, but you have to pay 200k to stay until 12. I'm frustrated by the price change, especially after staying here for a long time.

For payment, I suggest paying offline. I also want to let prospective guests know that 33avenue has been upgraded, so the old guest comments about its service and facilities no longer apply. The rumors are false. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Just a reminder to anyone commenting through the app: this accommodation no longer works with OYO. They don't accept online payments, only cash. 🙏🙏🙏
