The room was dirty, and the AC dripped onto the pillow and left it damp. The towels were in very poor shape, and the footcloths were better. The RedDoorz app said parking was free, but after we arrived we saw a sign saying 3,000 parking was available inside the parking area. When we asked, we were charged 5,000 anyway. Check-in was also frustrating: staff were sleeping and scrolling through TikTok instead of checking the details for guests who had arrived early, and they were curt and indifferent when we asked. They need to fix the service first. A RedDoorz like this would be better off closing down.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was moldy and really dirty. The towels looked like rags, and there wasn't any drink or toothbrush.
