The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and our family had a good stay. We spent two nights here, the place was clean and spacious, and the kids loved having free access to the Bumo Kedaton waterboom. We were surprised by the negative reviews because, even compared with other OYO2 hotels, we thought this one was good. We're from Palembang and would stay again, and recommend it for families. Wishing the Bumi Kedaton group continued success with the resort, hotel, and waterboom.

The shower was broken, its spray couldn't be adjusted, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. There were plenty of shortcomings like that. The stay was uncomfortable, and this feels more like a guest house than a hotel. I wouldn't come back.

Many recreational areas have been affected during the pandemic. Still, when we arrived this place was closed, so why was it showing as active on OYO? Check carefully before booking online, and hold off on paying.

Free water park access, plus the room came with toothpaste and a toothbrush, coffee and tea, and mineral water. Thank God, everything was fine. Thumbs up!
