The front office staff were friendly and nice, and I enjoyed my stay. There was some daytime noise from renovation work, but they let me know at check-in. I'd stay again next time :)

It felt like a luxury kost-kostan, with some rooms rented by the day. The bathroom water ran poorly and stopped for a while, and the toilet seat was extremely dirty. I ended up thinking it was better to use toilets in restaurants, malls, or gas stations. There were no amenities, just one hard, thin towel per room, and we had to ask for more. The AC wasn't cold, and there's no lift or elevator.

Good for a short stay, and the price is budget-friendly. The pillowcases and blanket weren't very clean, though, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I hope they improve the cleanliness.

My bathroom smelled like shit when I first came in, and the water heater was broken. What really worries me, though, is that my room key also opens the room next door, and theirs opens mine.
