Putri, Eka, and Sintiya were especially friendly and accommodating. The staff made our stay in Bali amazing, and the surprise birthday greeting with a cake was such a thoughtful gesture that made it memorable. We’ll definitely return.

Syntia and the team really showed what hospitality means. Our extended family appreciated all the little touches and the effort they put in, and we had a lovely stay. Some parts of the bungalows are a bit tired, but the team more than made up for that with their exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Breakfast arriving at the villa each morning was a lovely touch, and the private pool was a favorite for family fun. We stayed at Villa Vinila with our extended family and had a wonderful time. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area that’s great for a relaxing break, and the price felt very good for what we got. The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially with the kids, which made the stay even more special. I’d highly recommend it for a calm, family-friendly stay with good value.

The service and quality were very poor. The villas are full of mold, and they won’t agree to refund us. We left seven days early because the villa wasn’t as shown online.

The location is a little out of the way, so you need a taxi whenever you want to go somewhere. But if you’re after a really relaxing family break, the villa has everything and you don’t need to leave. The staff were wonderful, always ready to help, very kind to the kids, and quick to answer questions. The rooms and pool were clean and tidy. Thanks again for having us.
