We had booked a room, but the owner had apparently sold all the rooms to other people. When we arrived, she said there was nothing available. After we argued and I asked for a refund, she arranged a room at another location. It wasn't great, but it was okay. The service was bad.
The owner and hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, too.
Okay.
A good place.
When I got there, I found out there was no online ordering service and I could only book offline. I'd ordered through Agoda and had trouble paying, so I had to contact the Call Center myself to get the refund processed.
