The room had bugs, and springs were sticking out of the mattress. The pool water was cloudy, and our eyes got sore. Breakfast was free, but it was rice and cow stomach, with coffee but no milk, toast, or juice. There was no English-speaking staff. Next door, the open area had a rotting fish smell and an open sewer.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and the front desk guy I met when I arrived around 8:30 on Tuesday night was rude and arrogant. Bintang, that's what the staff member said he was called, had a lot to say about the service at the hotel. If you're sleepy, don't work first, man. WORTHBEST, NOT RECOMMENDED.

The receptionist was awful and the service really got me worked up. The first hotel party they threw, then the second one, both left me angry. I'm very disappointed and won't come back. 😡😡😡

It's comfortable and safe, with great service and lots of parking. Only issue for me was that the hot water wasn't strong enough.

For 250 thousand, the deluxe room with a pool sounds like it should be worth it. But poor upkeep made the price feel high. The water flow was weak, and I couldn't tell whether the shower's hot water worked. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the pillows smelled like they may not have been changed, and there weren't enough towels. Customer service also didn't explain things well enough.
