Hotel Santika Premiere Lampung

The room itself was good, and I liked the spacious bed, comfortable pillows, and sea view. Being right next to a mall was handy. But the shared parking with mall visitors gets extremely crowded, especially on weekends. There's no dedicated parking or valet, and security wasn't helpful when I raised the problem. Driving alone at night as a woman, I found that especially uncomfortable. There were service problems too. Although I'd booked a non-smoking room, it smelled noticeably of cigarettes, as if the smoking and non-smoking areas weren't well separated. My reservation details hadn't been properly recorded even after confirmation, and the airport pickup wasn't coordinated. It was only sorted out after I followed up. For a Santika Premiere hotel, the room quality was good, but management, parking and staff attitude need improvement.
