Our family group of seven didn’t want to leave. Restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby, but the place is tucked away enough that we couldn’t hear the chaos. This place is paradise!

The location was good, and hosting manager Hendra was fantastic. The villa itself, though, needs serious renovation. The pool was bad, and the place felt tired and rusty, with a mouldy, rotten smell. There were roof leaks in the bedrooms, kitchen, stairway, and lounge. On the third night, at 2am, the ceiling collapsed onto our children’s bed. The water caused severe damage to our belongings: we lost our phones and three tablets, and all our clothes were soaked with mouldy water. The kids are now stressed about being alone. The landlord offered no financial help. They paid for some washing and gave us a refund, then kicked us out onto the street. Do not stay!

The staff were super friendly and nice, and the villa is in Seminyak, with La Favela and Red Carpet about a five-minute walk away. Motel Mexicola and Petitenget beach are around 10 minutes on foot. The price was decent, but the villa was just okay. Some things felt outdated and needed more maintenance, including the stove, TV, home theater, audio, pool, and bathroom. The alley leading to it only fits one car. I’d give it 6/10.

The room was small, and since the villa is at the end of the street, it’s hard to get a Grab or taxi. The staff were nice and gave good support.
