The room was okay, though the toilet could have been cleaner. The TV wouldn’t turn on, and rain didn’t explain it: the TV at home still works when it rains, and this one wouldn’t turn on even when it wasn’t raining.

I was tired and it was already night, so I ended up staying despite the condition of the room. There was trash from previous guests under the bed, and the broken toilet bowl smelled bad. I wanted to change rooms, but staff said the place was full. I propped the bathroom door shut with my pants and sprayed a lot of perfume. In the morning, when I showered, I splashed the broken part and dirt came out. It had already been an unpleasant evening before that. I hadn’t checked the voucher the day before or again after ordering from Chandrainn. At reception I learned it had failed to be issued, so I searched for another nearby option.

The service was good and friendly, but there were cockroaches in the bedroom. The bathroom smelled bad and was dirty, even though it looked like someone had cleaned it. The toilet seat also wobbled when I used it.

Please pay more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The room smelled too, and the toilet was dirty and seemed never to have been cleaned. People just want to wash their faces without having to look at a filthy bathroom.
