The quiet atmosphere was just right for me. I visited before the holiday season, and even with some guests around, it never felt crowded or rushed. The sea view from our room made it even more relaxing. This was my first stay at Lampung Marriott, and it left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely come back. We went kayaking right after check-in, when the weather was cool and comfortable. The staff by the water were friendly and helpful, and even took photos and videos for us. Later we tried kombucha at one of the restaurants. I loved it, especially with the sunset. The next morning we went snorkeling early and were lucky enough to see turtles and baby sharks. Pak Zul, who was in charge there, was incredibly helpful, funny, and entertaining. His hospitality stood out. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was very good. The waitstaff were attentive, bringing juices and coffee, though I’d suggest improving the taste quality of the dim sum. Everything else was excellent. It was an unforgettable stay and well worth it.

The aviary was a fun highlight. We fed peacocks and hornbills in the late afternoon, then saw peacocks roaming around the resort early the next morning. The beachfront pool was a lovely finishing touch. Marriott Lampung is a wonderful place to stay, and an easy beach escape from Jakarta’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and all have stunning beach views. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view. The food was great, especially the grilled ribs at Way Manom. Ms. Yola, who recommended them, and her fantastic team made the service fast, attentive, and always friendly. Loved every moment!

We had an enjoyable family stay at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa from November 28th to 30th. Bu Nia and Pak Tresna were welcoming and helpful, and I especially want to thank Pak Zul. He paid close attention to us and went out of his way to explain the different water activities. His enthusiasm and dedication made our resort experience much better. The food was enjoyable, though I think a few improvements could bring its quality up to the same level as the excellent service. I look forward to welcoming you again soon. Sincerely, Cliff

We traveled from Jakarta and loved our stay at Marriott Lampung Resort. Jefri at reception, Nia from guest relations, and Zul at the snorkeling center were warm and professional, making the visit especially memorable. My husband and I stayed February 12-13 and had an amazing time. We’ll definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The balcony view from our spacious, comfortable room was a favorite, and my family really loved the beach. The scenery reminded us of Bali. There was a lot to do, too. Kayaking and snorkeling were exciting, and families should check out the mini zoo. The playground at spunk monkey is also a good pick if you’re bringing kids. Lisa met mba Shanaya there and played animal hunting with her friend and some other kids. She came second, and said we have to come back. Breakfast was delicious, though some of the flavors didn’t suit my taste. The staff were very, very friendly and served us really well.
