A cozy place in a strategic spot in midtown Lampung, in Kedaton. Recommended if you're looking for a low-priced place to stay.

My favorite place to stay in Balam.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the vehicles were well cared for. The location is convenient too. The room lighting could be brighter, and the drain was a little clogged. More lights and a check of the drain would help.

The smart TV was a nice surprise, and the room was comfortable with very cold AC. Room service came daily to tidy up and replace the towels and mats. Breakfast was tasty and brought to the room, with rice, chicken, vegetables, tempeh, and tofu; the menu changed each day. The location worked well for me, close to my in-laws' home and UNILA, with an Indomaret on either side of the food court and a Kimia Farma across the way. The bathroom could be cleaner, as the walls had some stains. Rooms are often full, so booking well ahead is a good idea. It’s inexpensive and comfortable, and I’d stay again if I return to Lampung. They even provide a pillow, hehe, which you don’t find at every hotel.
