The main issue for me is smoking around the swimming pool. Even with a designated smoking area, people still smoke by the pool, and staff sometimes see it without asking them to move. That leaves us breathing the smoke while exercising, which is uncomfortable and harmful, especially for children. I hope the hotel enforces the no-smoking rules more firmly on the 5th floor and puts clear signs around the pool. The pool itself is clean and a lovely place to swim. My friends and I enjoy it and often make content there. The gym is also outstanding: well organized and in great condition, with friendly, professional coaches, helpful admin staff, and plenty of classes that make working out motivating. The toilets are clean and well designed, though toilet paper and soap aren't always refilled regularly. Elsewhere, the facilities are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful, which makes the stay more comfortable.

We stayed for four days because a family member had a wedding in lampung. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The rooms smelled fresh and new. One of the top five hotels I've stayed in. Thanks again.

The private access from the hotel straight to Mall Boemi Kedaton made it easy to pop in and find what we needed. The city centre location is great too. Our room was cozy, tidy, and clean, and both we and the kids loved it. We'd recommend it for a family vacation and will be back soon!

There’s a coffeeshop, petrol station, and hospital within walking distance, and the hotel also connects to Mall Boemi Kedaton. I stayed for 2D2N and really loved the hospitality. It makes staying here feel worry-free.

I had lunch here with my family of five and we had a good experience. Agung served us with a big smile and such warm hospitality, which I really appreciated. The food was all amazing. The ikan gurame sambal nanas was one of the best dishes we ordered, really tasty, and I liked the sambal. Agung, our waiter, explained that the restaurant has a new sharing-food, family-style concept. For dessert, we got chocolate lava cake to share. It was delicious with the vanilla ice cream. Thank you, Rasa Restaurant, and thanks so much, Radisson.
