Okay.

The hotel and its facilities are all old. The AC doesn't cool enough, and there's no drinking water. The receptionist smokes, and the smell of smoke is everywhere.

There are useful shops nearby, with an Indomart and Alfamart both within walking distance. The hotel is next to a Padang restaurant and close to RSD, and the cheapest rate was around 200,000 Rupiah. The room was fine, but it had just one power outlet for the TV, so I had to unplug it to charge my phone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Overall 👍👍👍

The power kept cutting out. It went off in the afternoon when I checked in, then came back around sunset after I complained. It went out again before dawn, and the staff didn't respond. Maybe a hotel like Andalas doesn't have a generator, ha ha ha. They really don't seem to think about their guests' comfort.

If you need a place to stay, come on over. This red doorz syariah is pretty good for the price, and both the facilities and service are okay 🖐🏽
