The mattress felt cramped, there was no blanket, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff weren’t friendly either. Hopefully they sort these things out soon.

I arrived around dusk, tired from the trip and hoping to stay the night, but ended up checking out without staying. I’d already paid for the online booking, yet they didn’t recognize it when I arrived, even though the booking name and hotel address matched what was in the app. I waited a long time while the woman checked with the owner, and she was grumbling about it. Once I finally got a room, the bed was uncomfortable and there was no blanket. By then I didn’t feel comfortable with the guards, so I left right away. The service was bad.

I haven’t written a bad review before, but I hope the hotel can address this. I booked it for my parents over last week’s long weekend because it was the closest available place. The peak-season price was disappointing, though, at three times the usual amount. The room didn’t look like the photo, the mattress was flat, and there was no blanket. The staff were not friendly at all.

We were visiting from out of town, and my family and I had hoped to get some rest, but ended up feeling on edge instead. At night, someone knocked on my room three times, or at least I couldn’t tell if it was someone. I opened the door and nobody was there. It happened twice between 8 and 10 pm, then once between 1 and 2 am. That was quite annoying. The mattress was damaged and had a dip when I lay down, and there was no blanket, even though that’s a basic bedroom item. I also couldn’t figure out where to complain because there was no number to call, so I just told myself, “You get what you pay for.” Please, owner or manager, work on making the place more comfortable. That should be a main priority for guests. Thank you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
